Announcement of Basic Agreement Signing with Chengdu Jiafa Antai Education Technology Co., Ltd.

On March 15, 2025, KEI Advanced, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), a member of the Kawaijuku Group, and Chengdu Jiafa Antai Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiafa Education") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the headquarters of Jiafa Education.
